IC CHARACTERISTICS.

→ PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Ink-black with bright, lime-green eyes. Big, floppy ears (and six other, smaller flaps that he can manipulate). Short claws. Blunt, retractable teeth. Long and roughly six feet tall if he's on his very tip-toes (here is a reference, Valka is 6'3"). Toothless usually has a leather harness strapped to his back and an attached tail fin (half of his natural one is torn off) that helps him fly — with a rider. He has scales like a reptile, but most of them are very fine and overall he feels smooth, warm, and leathery.
→ DEMEANOR: Curious, cat-like.
→ ABILITIES: An extremely fast flier who can carry two adults. His signature ability is to breathe blue fire that explodes when it impacts with something. He has heightened, keen senses and can be an aggressive fighter. Nightfuries were feared for a reason.
→ OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS: If you threaten his friends in front of him, prepare for a battle!
→ PHYSICAL AFFECTION: Sure. If you're a stranger he might back off or push you away, however. But with friends Toothless is very affectionate. Overly affectionate, even.
→ TELEPATHY: Go for it. Be prepared for a lot of thoughts about how nice fish taste.
→ PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: Go for it, but be warned that he can defend himself!
→ PSYCHOLOGICAL VIOLENCE: Toothless is a pretty simple creature compared to some. He'll get sad if he can't find his kind or vikings, and he'll get angry if either are hurt. So go ahead, if you want, but anything more complicated than that probably won't fly with him. (Haaa.)
→ CHARACTER DEATH: HTTYD2 gave me enough of a heart attack, thank you!
